The Foraged Fall Centerpiece - October 12th 10am to Noon

$90.00

I have had this workshop in my head for over a year now and I cannot wait to share it with you all. We will be creating a lush, fall centerpiece in a hand thrown pottery vase. These vases have been individually thrown for you by a local potter and each are unique and true pieces of art. The vases are finished in a neutral glaze so that they will be useful for years to come.

We will start creating our centerpiece with heirloom chrysanthemums and colorful dahlias, as well as some other ingredients I will have pre-picked for the workshop. Chrysanthemums and Dahlias are two of my favorite flowers, so vibrant and saturated with color. We will then venture out into to garden and forage for the remaining bits and pieces to complete our individual arrangements. Creating this way will allow for each person to truly personalize their creation in your own way. Some of the things we may encounter in the garden include, Ninebark foliage, Sedum, Strawflower, Jewels of Opar, Cosmos, Lunaria, Chocolate Tomatoes, Echinacea seed pods and so much more.

Things you should know.

  • Class will be held rain or shine. If the weather is nice we will be outside.

  • Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear. We will be walking in grass and on uneven ground

  • Please no one under the age of 12

  • Each person attending needs to purchase a ticket

  • No refunds will be given, you may gift your ticket to someone else in the event that you cannot attend.
